Joan Ray serves as the Perry Hall Branch Manager. She has been in banking for over 20 years. Throughout her banking career, she has held various branch and back office roles - including Retail Banking Customer Service, Training, and Commercial Lending. Joan's passion is the Branch Network. She loves working with her staff and helping customers. Joan loves to create an atmosphere where everyone is welcome, everyone is family, and they know you by your first name. By creating this kind of warm and open environment, she and her staff can better understand their customers' needs and help them meet their everyday banking goals.
